Not fix but solved - COM component with CLSID from the IClassFactory failed

I was busy to update some T-SQL into SQL Server Agent job steps, during updates when I click on edit a steps following error encounter suddenly:

"Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {AA40D1D6-CAEF-4A56-B9BB-D0D3DC976BA2} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: c001f011. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ManagedDTS)"

I was wondered why its happen, after googling I have found a solution. That is Microsoft hotfix at available here:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2315727

BUT

I did not do that because had not permission to install hotfixes or any patches. :(

Then I closed the SSMS, after some time again I want to saw this problem, open SSMS and yes this time its working and I was able to set job steps.

After 2 updates that problem encountered again, now I have tried to restart solution. Close SSMS and open again, yes this time its again works... don't know what was that but yes I was finished all updates that day.
